Kim has been a member of the Commonfund staff for almost 8 years in
Which she heads up the Auburn office as our Branch Manager/Loan Officer. Representing Commonfund Mortgage for Cayuga County, Kim just received a Best of the Region Peoples Choice Award for Best Financial Institution in Cayuga County for 2006.

Her past professional experience in the banking industry includes a total of 9 years in the banking industry 5 of which she served as an assistant branch manager for a local bank. Her long standing background includes 13 years in the real estate field as a Realtor and over 7 years as a residential and commercial Manager.

With over 320 hours of continuing real estate education, Kim also currently holds her real estate license to keep her up to date on the newest laws and regulations of the ever changing real estate field.

She is a member of the Cayuga County Association of Realtors, the New York
State Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Serving as past president of Seward School PTA, two years on Auburn Little League
and one year on the Auburn Ice Hawks Hockey Club, along with volunteering for local charities when time allows, she tries to give back to give back to the future of our community.
